The dress code for the welcome party is fiesta cocktail.  This means to dress in vibrant, colorful attire with a festive Cabo flair. You can incorporate bright colors, florals, and flowing fabric while maintaining a semi-formal "cocktail" level of elegance (blazers optional for men).  Reminder that the party will be on the beach so you will be removing your shoes.

The dress code for the wedding is beach formal. Beach formal is a dress code that combines the elegance of formal attire with the relaxed vibe of a beach setting. Here’s a quick rundown:

• For Women: Think long dresses or elegant jumpsuits in light, breathable fabrics like linen or chiffon. Bright colors or floral prints / tropical patterns add a fun touch. Avoid stilettos; opt for wedges or a thicker block heel. 

• For Men: A suit or dress pants with a button-down shirt and a jacket (ties not required). Light colors like beige or light blue are great, and fabrics like linen or cotton will keep you cool. Skip the flip-flops and go for loafers or dress shoes.​

YES! Your passport must be valid for at least six months prior to arrival. If your passport expires on or before 11/10/2025, you must renew it prior to travel.

All events will be outdoors! As we get closer to the date, we'll keep an eye on the forecast and share updates regarding the weather.  In May the high averages between 75-85°F and the low averages between 65-70°F, so please prepare accordingly.  We want everyone to enjoy the beauty of our outdoor venue comfortably!

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue! Shuttle service will be available from the hotel block at the Solaz hotel to the venue and back - more details on the schedule and pickup location will be provided closer to the date.  There will be additional shuttles provided from the venue to the after party at Dalton for those who want to keep the party going! 

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event.

Shuttles begin pickup from Solaz Hotel lobby at 4:15pm, last shuttle will leave at 4:45pm

Ceremony at 5:30pm
Cocktail hour at 6pm
Reception from 7pm - Midnight
Afterparty - Shuttles will be provided to Dalton Bar in San Jose del Cabo
